Equipment introduction:
Laminating machine can be divided into two categories, namely, coating type laminating machine and precoating type laminating machine. It is a
special equipment for paper and film. That is to say, the coating machine includes three parts: gluing, drying and hot pressing. It is widely used in
China because of its wide application range, stable and reliable processing performance. Pre coated laminating machine, without glue and dry parts,
is small in size, low in cost and flexible in operation. It is not only suitable for laminating processing of large quantities of printed matter, but also
suitable for laminating processing of small atches and scattered printed matter such as automatic desktop office system. It has a bright future.
This machine laminating of our factory is a one-time molding, and the consumables used have been coated with glue. When laminating, the glue is
melted by heating, and then the film is glued on the printed matter by pressurizing. This kind of coating equipment is cheap, easy to operate and
does not produce harmful gases during operation, which is a trend of the development of coating.
Product Process
Adopt plastic film (PET,PVC,PVDF,ASA) combined with metal plate through hot melting , which has solved the corrosivity of metal plate and metal container , both has the decorating , barrier of plastic film and the malleability ,figurability of metal sheet.
Metal plate : galvanized sheet , stainless steel sheet , cold rolled sheet , aluminum sheet.
Plastic Film: PET,PVC,PVDF,ASA etc.
Film Color: RAL color/Pantone color; wood grain , marble grain , brick grain , stone grain , flower pattern , brushed , embossed.
